do you have puvlic aid? If not why not? And if yes, they have a listing of dentist in your area that you will have to have an exam at first, then they will refer you where to go for the extractions under the public aid

I have to apologize first since I have not been on here in a while, but the response rate was very low. I will be on here more often. Your daughter is beautiful . First, I will like to tell you that You are not alone. You pray and believe. That's what it's all about. Im not going to sit here and lie to you. You have 1 life to live honey... You are suppose to live inside ... not die. You have to be strong for your daughter and yourself. I am no miracle worker, but whatever I can do to assist you, I will do my best. If you can tell me what state and county you are in, what size your daughter wear, and if you are seeking employment what are you interested in. With this information... First... you go to court. I know you are not going to want to go, but If you are the lease holder and you have kids you have to.

Go to court.. dress accordingly like you are coming from work.

Take your kids with you, if you can it would help. Don't look desperate, but look like you wana do business, but like you are trying all at the same time.  Don't let your landlord or their lawyer scare you or trick you. They will try to negotiate. When in front of the judge tell him you will have the money in 2 weeks when you get paid, he may ask for the date. (This two week time will give you time to seek money, or another apartment with a private owner, or voucher assistance from a prohram in your neighborhood that will pay on your rent). Just make sure before you leave that the judge knows that 2 weeks, try 3 first if you can then bid low. The most they usually do is 3.  At that time, they should give you another court date to come back with the money or the voucher from whatever company that will assist you. Then... at that time they will toss the judgement if paid (satisfied) or they will then give a date fror eviction which since he will see you with kids will take another 2 weeks. So basically whatyou are doing is buying yourself time (about a month or 5 weeks) to come up with something.  If this is the first court date, then this would be the process. The sheriff can not put you out until the judge orders a date which cannot happen until you go back to court. If you do not go the first time, then they will come sooner. For your kids... Please go and pray and try not to think about it until you go to court. Don't be late because if they call your name and you miss it, you will have to try to motion it back into court and the next court date could be after the date that the judge already gave the Landlord to evict. Our mission is to assist families that are in need of emergency assistance and also to assist children of incarcerated parents year round, so they will know that someone is there for them. I have been in some situations and I am not really 100% together, but then who is? We do not have the funds yet, but is seeking to kick off this non profit service. I am going back to NIU  and there are just people out there like my children and myself that do not know where else to turn after you have tried everything and truly tried everything to make ends meet so you won't loose your car or your house. So, instead of just giving up i'm going back to school. It is very hard..nothing is really easy. I just don't want my kids to feel neglected because every job I get downsizes or sales the property or the company. I know there is somewhere outhere that can help, I just don't know where. When I do get back on track my mission is to make others happy and provide some relief from the struggles of everyday life for people who really get up and get out there to be a better people to their self and their children.
